Preaching Series
In February, we continue the sermon se- ries on spiritual gifts. Like so many
churches in our land, we need revitalization. Churches can make dramatic strides when a few people are committed to using their spiritual gifts for the glory of God.
This year, Lent begins March 2nd, and our Ash Wednesday service will revolve around Luke 10:1-24, which speaks to the power of God’s people when they utilize their gifts at Christ’s leading.
In Lent, we will spend time with some of the parables of Jesus, which will lead us to Easter. We are still thinking of ways to commemorate Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
