Lake of Lights
Volunteer Opportunity: The Lake of Lights Committee is gearing up for our 2019 event. On our “Wish List”, we hope for many volunteers to come to the park to help with the set-up of the Lake of Lights Display. They are at the park starting Nov 2nd. They hope you will spare a few hours to help them with this community event. Just a few hours of your help will be appreciated. Nov 2/3 Nov 9/10 Nov 16/17 Nov 23/24 Hours Saturday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Come out any time during these hours and they will help you get started.
It is a great way to give back to our community.
If you volunteer, remember to mark that you are working for St. John’s Church and your hours will go towards the youth.
Lake of Lights-Live Nativity: The church is scheduled to be the Live Nativity on Sunday, December 8 from 6-8 PM. Mark your calendars and watch the bulletin for more information on how to volunteer that night. The youth program will receive a portion of the proceeds that night. Come out and support them that evening and see a great display of lights!
