Preaching Series November/December 2021

In November and December, we have a somewhat set outline for our worship here

at St. John’s Evangelical Church. We begin November by remembering and celebrating the saints who have gone to be with the Lord in the previous year, and we reflect on God’s eternal promises to us. Then, we move to our stewardship service. This year, the third Sunday will be Thanksgiving Sun- day and Christ the King Sunday.

November ends with the beginning of a new Church year as Advent begins. Our Advent wreath readings were created especially for our church this year. If you would like to use them personally or share them with others, you may find that at http://www.stjohnskenton.org/category/thepastors-page/advent/ or a copy can be made for you in the office.

Have a blessed November, Advent, and Christmas!
